Another Reason To Own Applian's Replay Capture Suite

A new customer who likes to capture streaming media (video and audio) writes:

I am very impressed with your product, although, I really had a hard time trying to figure out what format to use as your u-tube tutorial indicated to use ntsc, and I wanted to burn an audio cd. Finally, after numerous failed attempts to burn the music I finally tried the audio cd and I was able to successfully burn the 90 second audio demo. This was enough to let me know that your system indeed worked and was the impetus for me to purchase this product. Perhaps I misunderstood your u-tube tutorial, but I wasted a lot of time and blank cd's trying to figure this all out. I would think you could be more specific in your future tutorials and that would clear up un-necessary consumer confusion. Sincerely, Neil Smith
